I have been debating whether or not to delete the
previous post - War Is A Racket - because I did intend
to keep this weblog free of political rhetoric - This is
supposed to be useful information on alternatives in
health and healing, as well as newsworthy links and
commentary on what's going on *out there* which affects
us -- body/mind/soul...

Unfortunately, the current world situation is in such
upheaval and tumult, the effects of this pain seems
inescapable in our lives, and so I might not succeed in
keeping my optimism and hope alive through all this --
which is what is needed to transcend the present
circumstances with compassion.
